Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes back in their original dust bags and box, ensuring all protective packaging is included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outer carton and drop off the package at your nearest authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans verify the condition of the returned footwear, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
