What is the typical lead time for Made-to-Order (MTO) pairs?
Each pair of BLKBRD shoes is handcrafted with precision. For Made-to-Order items, please allow 3 to 5 weeks for production and quality inspection before the item is dispatched for shipping.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our handcrafted footwear globally. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.
Can I have my shoes resoled in the future?
Absolutely. We specialize in Goodyear Welted and Blake Stitch construction, both of which are designed to be resoled by a professional cobbler, ensuring your investment lasts for many years.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges on standard stock items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in unworn, pristine condition with original packaging. Please note that custom or bespoke orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

To maintain the longevity of your shoes, we recommend using cedar shoe trees after every wear, applying a high-quality cream polish regularly, and avoiding wearing the same pair two days in a row to allow the leather to breathe.
